The results of the various experiments point without any doubt to the same conclusions. Indeed, in all cases, the experimental groups proved significantly superior to the control groups. Data collected show that the Feldenkrais techniques bring about psychological and physiological changes and probably promote the exploitation of the individual&amp;#8217;s potential.&lt;/p&gt;
